Law School

Ok the commute is killing me.. it's not just the commute to law school; it's also the commute from there to my boyfriends and from his place back home etc etc.. it's just too much! I spent about 4 hours (probably more) on the subway, on the buses, or waiting for them to arrive (or watching them whiz past me while I waited).

It's exhausting! The subway is cold, my eyes hurt from reading in the bad light, and/or having to remain awake alll day (look I don't do early mornings!).. My attempts to read everything during the week and relax on Saturdays is constantly ruined by my forgetting halfway thru the week what assignment was due when, and what case belongs with what course.. I need to take better notes but it's hard when you read on a subway train and then get home to take notes later (that's if you even get to sit down!!)

For now, let's just say I need to do:
Legal Process Case Brief (Practice)
Readings for Criminal Law
List of Cases studied (must be started for review)
Index card of cases, color coded to subject matter (yeah I'm a nerd)

Monday classes: LP (lecture), Contracts (check reading list), State & Citizen
Tuesday: Torts (Read for this!)

I want to have read for/done work for up to Tuesday by Friday at 5:30 pm, and this includes starting the Legal Process Case Brief.
